BREAKFAST AT THE CHADWICK
We believe breakfast is the most important meal of the day and it is also the perfect time for us to get to know you better and to help you plan your day or evening. Enjoy the morning papers with your tea or coffee and meet other guests from around the world. Breakfast is served from 8-9:30am in the dining room or on our beautiful garden patio in the summer. Hot coffee is brewed at 7am and refreshed throughout the day.
Breakfast is prepared daily in our kitchen using the best and freshest foods found at our local grocers, farmer’s markets, and food stands. Some guest favorites include Garden Fresh Omelets with Paprika Potatoes, Blackberry Cobbler Waffles with Oven Bacon, Rosemary & Thyme Goat Cheese Quiche with Panzanella Breakfast Salad, Gosling Rum Croissant Bread Pudding with Country Sausage, or our signature Maine Lobster Eggs Benedict with Lemon Scallion Hollandaise.
For those that prefer something other than the hot entrée of the day, we are happy to offer our house-made granola, oatmeal with dried fruits and nuts, or eggs as you wish. With advanced notice we are happy to accommodate vegetarian or gluten-free breakfast requests or work around any food allergies.
If you need to depart before 8am we are happy to make you a bagged breakfast of fresh fruit, a muffin or sweet bread, and cheese with fresh brewed coffee and juice to go.
