The Chadwick Bed & Breakfast, Newfangled Eats, and Wine Wise are teaming up to present another amazing season of getaway food and wine weekends!
Portland, Maine has been called one of the Foodiest places in America and is quickly becoming a highly sought-after destination for food and wine enthusiasts alike. The Chadwick Bed & Breakfast, located in the historic West End, will be the backdrop for your intimate and educational gourmet experience.
Upon arrival, enjoy a Meet & Greet Wine Reception where you will be able to meet your hosts Scot Fuller, Erica Archer, and Laura McDowell, and your fellow classmates. After a wonderful night out to eat at one of the 300+ restaurants within the city limits, enjoy a great nights sleep in preparation for your cooking and wine education the following day!
Cooking and wine class will be held around the big island in the kitchen, which comfortably fits eight guests. You’ll get to learn and help prepare the food you’ll enjoy throughout the class all perfectly paired with wines from around the world. Plus, we’re there to answer all your food and wine questions!
